Terms of service

1. Private service
These terms govern access to TuniBot during its private release. By connecting a KICK account or using TuniBot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and control the KICK channel you connect.
2. KICK relationship
TuniBot is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by KICK. Use must comply with KICK’s current Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Services Agreement. KICK may change, restrict, or discontinue its APIs, which may affect TuniBot features.
3. Your account and actions
You authorize TuniBot to perform only the actions covered by the KICK permissions you grant. You remain responsible for commands, timers, giveaways, Loyalty rewards, widgets, moderation rules, sanctions, and messages configured through your account. Review rules in dry-run mode before live enforcement. TuniBot Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be used for paid-entry gambling. Keep your account session private and promptly disconnect anything you believe is exposed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TuniBot to harass or deceive people, evade platform controls, scrape or access undocumented KICK services, unlawfully archive content, expose credentials, deliver malware, infringe rights, manipulate metrics, run unlawful or paid-entry gambling, or break applicable law. Do not configure automation likely to spam chat.
Community members must not post harassment, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, or material that violates another person’s rights. Friend visibility is an audience control, not a guarantee that recipients will keep content confidential. TuniBot may remove Community content or suspend Community interaction while preserving separate Streamer and Premium records when appropriate.
5. Availability
TuniBot is provided during a private release and may change. Maintenance, external API failures, network conditions, and platform limits can interrupt service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and no promise is made that every message, event, giveaway draw, or backup will complete.
6. Free and Premium access
The owner may classify current systems as Free or Premium and may change that classification as the private release evolves. Premium duration, price, grace period, and included systems are shown in the product before activation. Activation codes may have an expiration, usage limit, duration, or KICK-account restriction. Codes have no cash value, may not be resold, and do not grant access after their configured entitlement ends. A code claim deadline is separate from the Premium access duration granted when the code is redeemed.
7. Suspension, appeals, and termination
Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, comply with law or KICK requirements, investigate misuse, or preserve service security. You may disconnect KICK or permanently delete your account from the Privacy dashboard at any time. A TuniBot suspension affects TuniBot website access and automation only; it does not ban the KICK account. When offered, one appeal may be submitted for the active suspension and reviewed by the owner.
8. Security controls
TuniBot may rate-limit or temporarily block requests that exhibit high-risk automated abuse, credential probing, injection patterns, or repeated sensitive-path scanning. These signals are probabilistic and are reviewed as evidence rather than treated as proof of a person’s identity. Attempts to evade security controls or access the owner panel are prohibited.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuniBot’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of content or revenue, or actions taken by KICK or third parties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or abuse reports: support@tunibot.live.
